Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
The candidate is registered at Octa Networks only after full payment of the registration fees, Administration fees, and tuition fees.
Once the candidate is registered for the training program, the registration cannot be canceled. In the event of no-showing up or lack of communication from the student's side about his inability to join on the specified date, the registration stands canceled. In such a scenario, Octa Networks reserves all the rights to go ahead with the schedule of the training batch as conveyed to the student at the time of admission in his absence. It is the student’s responsibility to inform his/her inability to attend the specific training batch due to whatever reasons. He/She needs to submit a written application asking for allowing him to attend any of the coming scheduled batches of the same course for which he/she has got registered in the first place. Students can avail of the facility of attending batches scheduled within 12 months from the date of registration. After the lapse of 12 months, the registration of the student stands canceled automatically.
Candidates can cancel their training programs only if they are upgrading their choice of training programs after paying the additional differential amount in the fees prescribed by the Octa Networks team.
Octa Networks team reserves all the rights to cancel/reschedule the training course batches as per their convenience. In such an event, the Octa networks team will keep the students informed about the cancellation or rescheduling of the training course.
Octa Networks team will make all the efforts not to cancel or reschedule the course batch timetable conveyed to their students. If the training batch is canceled by Octa Networks due to unavoidable circumstances, they will inform the students as early as possible and will refund the fees after deducting the registration and admission fees with the taxes.
Octa Networks team is not responsible for cancellation or rescheduling of the travel expenses, Hotel Booking, conveyance arrangements, Visa related issues or any other related expenses incurred by the student in the eventuality of cancellation or rescheduling.
